Food and Menus

Overview

At Kiddywinks all our food is freshly prepared using only quality ingredients. Fresh fruit and vegetables are served daily, ensuring our children eat a well balanced, nutritious diet. We take care that no salt is added during the preparation of our food.

We have a four weekly menu rota, ensuring there is a varied diet for the children with different meals each day. The menus can be found by following the link at the bottom of this page

Special dietary needs At Kiddywinks we can discuss with you any special dietary requirements or food allergies concerning your child.

Babies At Kiddywinks, we take babies aged three months and above and are happy to continue feeding them milk, in line with their feeding routine at home. As they progress onto solids, we will wean them on homemade, nutritious food which we will puree.

Meal time routine At meal times the children eat together in small supervised groups, with the babies being fed by staff. This is a very sociable time; the children all help prepare by choosong their own cutlery and cups and good manners are encouraged as they sit together to eat.
